Well then, wouldn't a lighthearted cartoony "Stompy Foot" stamp or logo be the way to go? Because if it's an in-thread warning, it needs to get attention, but not be all grrr arrrgh. If it's a suspension or a notice of being banned, that would be given privately in email anyway, so there'd be no need for a more serious Stompy Stamp. Right? Or did I miss something?

OK, all the attempts at Doblerizing have gone before, in the "work it out" phase. If that is the case, then more stern rather than less -- less whimsy, that is. I'll try some degrees of stern then. I don't think any of the current crop are particulalry stern.

Still like four best, but I like six too. The stamp - for some reason it looks more to me like a 'seal of approval' stamp than a 'stop that right now.' I know that in context it'll be clear, but the image itself isn't, I don't know, threatening enough for me.

I just realized that the word "warning" is unclear since the image would be used for all three steps of Warning/Suspension/Banning. I still like 2a but how about replacing "Official Stompy Warning" with "Official Stompy Action"?

So far it looks like just for the warning, Jesse. Regularly stompy posts happen (or can happen) under the admin id, so there's some attention-getting just by that fact, I presume.
