I like 1 or 4.
If the point is to stop someone and get their attention like nothing else on this board, then number 4 does that. It is unmistakable.
The others are great, but the stompy-ness gets lost.

Although I expressed a preference, it seems that the stompies should do the choosing since they will have to do the stomping. Hesitating to stomp for reasons of tolerance being better than hesitating to stomp because the stompy didn't like the stamp.

1 a & b - I like b better. I guess I would have to see it in the middle of a series of posts to see how much it stands out.
2 a & b - the seals look too much like a rubber stamp endorsement instead of a "Hey You - Stop That".

My problem with three four is that it makes light of the situation. If it's mostly going to be used in situations requiring an official warning, I'm not sure making light of the situation is the way to go.
