Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.
Giving up being flippant in the admin ID isn't that big a deal -- it would keep the trademark from dilution, anyway.
But if the mark is just for warning (and not for "Official Stompy Post") then there are reasons to not always have it.
It occurs to me now that I'm only just realising it was a warning logo.

Although I expressed a preference, it seems that the stompies should do the choosing since they will have to do the stomping. Hesitating to stomp for reasons of tolerance being better than hesitating to stomp because the stompy didn't like the stamp.
