The max execution time is 30 seconds, but that's server side, so it should affect everyone, not just me.

As currently coded/designed, you can block or unblock from a post of the person you're blinvisibiliating.

There's no cap in the current implementation. I don't see a need for one based on system resources, but if one is desired let me know how it should work (number, what to do when it's exceeded) and I'll put it in.
