What's your browser, John? You're on a Mac?
edit: But what about the Phoenix is discouraging caching, that WX didn't do?
Do you have problems, concerns or recommendations about the technical side of the Phoenix? Air them here. Compliments also welcome.

Just tried Netscape 4.78, and it does the same thing. So for me, it happens in all three browsers on the PC. I don't have Opera to try.

IE5 on a Mac, and the cache setting is "refresh once per session" as opposed to "always" or "never".
I switched to once per session in Mozilla and Netscape, but it didn't change behavior. Where's the cache setting in IE, I couldn't find it?
Okay, I'm to bed. Work on quirk tomorrow.
Am I crazy, or is this thread the only one that Read New doesn't check?
(Note these are not necessarily two mutually-exclusive things.)
Er...Read New checks it fine for me...
RL, did you subscribe to this thread?
Yes'm. It's working; I was just confused.
I have a question regarding taglines; sorry if it's been dealt with before (couldn't keep up with this thread at WX). Will we get the option of turning off taglines like we did at WX?
See, the seasons are about to start, and I know that people are going to be using the best and wittiest lines from the shows as tags soon, which is perfectly understandable. Even if they're not spoilery per se, they can have the effect of taking you right out of the show if you're watching it for the first time, because you've read a certain phrase X times already.
I had the taglines turned off all the time at WX, and I have to say it was a real blessing when it came to enjoying the shows.
On Edit: it's fine if this isn't planned, BTW; I really don't want to come across as critical in the midst of all this boardy wondrousness where everyone is super-considerate of UnAmericans as it is. I was just asking!
