Spike? It's you. It's really you! My therapist thought I was holding on to false hope, but…I knew you'd come back. You're like…you're like Gandalf the White, resurrected from the pit of the Balrog, more beautiful than ever. Oh…he's alive Frodo. He's alive.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Dana-- I think that wouldn't be a bad idea. I'm sure it is possible for us to do it, but does HostRocket allow it?

Dana - Dec 13, 2002 9:49:31 am PST #1997 of 10000
I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Someone with userid 397 just posted in Firefly.

I don't know exactly what plan we're on with Hostrocket, but I know we've got some money in the bank, right?

DXMachina - Dec 13, 2002 9:49:58 am PST #1998 of 10000
You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

396... 397...

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

396... 397...

Whoa. The rate of new posters is getting creepy. That's like at least five new people just this morning, isn't it?

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

AHHHHH!

let's pay now.

I haven't noticed any bad postings. Let's all just remember our ignore annoyance policy. It is our strongest defence. DO not feed crazy posters.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I'm with paying now.

Do we need to pony up?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Jesse says we have money. From the Hostrocket FAQ:

You can order extra bandwidth by sending in a ticket to our support team. Bandwidth prices start at $4/gb and drop depending on quantity. If you feel your account will need extra bandwidth, be sure to purchase it in advance so your service remains uninterrupted.

I'll wait for her fiscal go ahead.

Though we're only up to 6523503K for Dec so far.

hip deep in pie

At least there's not a lot of new episodes this month.

So, if the new people start pouring in at a scary rate, do we even want to consider putting a temporary cap on registrations until we get our bandwith issues settled?

I'm not sure we need it yet. Firefly is active right now, but it will probably drop off quite a bit after the 20th. Both Buffy and Angel (especially) are quiet, and we don't know how regular a contributor Joss is going to be yet.
