Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I just got the quote:

Wild monkey love or tender Sarah Mclachlan love?
Xander, 'Wild at Heart'

The first L in McLachlan should be capitalized.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Quotes corrected.

This quote has the wrong attribution:

I tell you I have this theory.

Maybe it's just me, but "I tell you I have this theory"? I don't think so.

It's almost certainly "Did I tell you I have this theory?"

The "did" might be a little mumbled, but the version quoted makes Dawn sound rather 19th-century.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Heh.

Bwaaaah, Jesse!

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

I don't know, Jesse, how much do we have in the bank? Think we should we make a nominal group donation to thank them for hosting us last year?

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

In theory, we paid to reduce the load on their servers already.

Think we should we make a nominal group donation to thank them for hosting us last year?

That would be a resounding No from me!

Getting back to the checking-tag-length thingie, I discovered something interesting --- the javascript "length" method counts carriage returns as one character, but php and its strlen() function counts them as two (CRLF). Unless there's a nifty-easy way in javascript to count all carriage returns as two characters, there's no way to get an accurate tally of the tag length. The javascript will tell people that their tag isn't too long, when in fact it still could be.
