I'm thinking about buying something very expensive. Maybe an antelope.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

No, I think that he just walked away. They would have made a point of showing him go invisible, right? RIGHT?

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

he's had that disappearing quick trick from the beginning.

hip deep in pie

But it sounded like he was RIGHT THERE, and if he was hiding out, wouldn't they have shown him?

Of course, DL killed the guy who could heal him, who also shot him.

Man, I think this every time he's on screen. GAH. It's distracting, frankly. Plus, the thing with the truck? AWESOME.

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

and no! no killing Claude!!

There will be no killing of Claude. It is forbidden. Besides, I'm not sure he's had time to find and kill Claude ... We've pretty much kept Sylar on camera since he and Mohinder were on the road. I don't think he's had time for a side trip. Also, they would have used the nifty fade trick like they did with Peter. (Who, incidently, managed to make Claire invisible with him, which is a new trick!)

well, if he went "transparent", the bullet would fall out, right?

Interesting question. I don't know the answer to that. Still, I hope DL squeaks through. I want him to have a chance to do a lot more than he's done. Also, that would mean they've killed the entire set of black (Simone, DL) and Latino (Isaac) regular characters, and that's kind of irksome.

I really love Ando's transformation ... he's come as far as Hiro, in his way. And Not!Sulu was the awesome. Loved how that scene mirrored the earlier Nathan/Linderman scene, almost exactly. Down to the twin "What do you know about healing"/"What do you know about killing?"

Of particular interest was they mirrored the discussion of how each once worked with allies, who lost their way. Obviously, Not!Sulu and Linderman think that about each other.

Of course, as far as we know, only one wanted to blow up New York City and ran the mob. Mind, the other's the CEO of an international corporation, so who can say?

Lastly, Linderman indicates that Papa!Petrelli had "power," which seems to contradict the comic. Weird. I sort of had pictured Papa!Petrelli as Linderman's HRG. But then, the story's not over yet.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

Matt/Jessica = comedy gold.

Ha! Yes. Ali Larter's delivery on the window line killed me, like, she wasn't being dramatic or anything, she was just genuinely confused about Matt's presence after the window-throwing incident. Surely the next step in the conversation is something like "yeah, yeah, I remember now! It was after Fred's barbecue. So, how are the kids?"

I hope Matt doesn't die. He entertains me. "You know, the... uh... *draws a complete blank* ...porno!" Oh, MATT.

thanks for not leaving me to hang out here alone in the WRONG corner, Ailleann. (the truck thing was all kinds of awesome.

Besides, I'm not sure he's had time to find and kill Claude .

exactly! he's been much too busy painting the future, killing his mom, calling his boyfriend Mohinder and stalking Peter/Claire/Ted.
