Yes, it's terribly simple. The good guys are always stalwart and true, the bad guys are easily distinguished by their pointy horns or black hats, and, uh, we always defeat them and save the day. No one ever dies, and everybody lives happily ever after.

Oh, on Sylar's powers, didn't HRG actually shoot him several times, but he got away really fast? Wouldn't that mean he's got some kind of super healing too? That would be a dupe power since he didn't kill Claire. Or maybe he IS like Peter, and the brain-cutting is for kicks (or what he thinks works).

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

Has Peter met The Haitian?

i'm still not sure Peter has to "meet" them per se. i think being in proximity is all it takes and in this case he has been. though, not to his knowledge. it was the rooftop when HRG and Le Haitian were trying to tazer Claude.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

That makes me consider how Nathan was able to get away from HRG and "the Haitian" - I think "the Haitian" wanted Nathan to fly away.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Depends on how close he needs to be, though. I think in every other case, he's had to touch the person. Did he and Sylar touch at any point in Odessa?

I'm also one of Victor's goodly people, given all we've seen. Psionic suppression, ho! (If he can suppress all powers, I still think that's just an extension of his mind-fuddling ability, given that the powers seem to stem from the brain.)

I think he did, when they were fighting on the roof - before they both (or was it just Peter) went over? Or I could be full of it.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

didn't HRG actually shoot him several times, but he got away really fast?

Right, we don't have an explicit explanation for that, yet.

it was the rooftop when HRG and Le Haitian were trying to tazer Claude.

Thanks! I thought I had a memory of them being in the same place at the same time, but I was trying to make it Odessa.

Peter didn't touch Hiro or Matt, did he? Or Claude, at first. That is, he certainly saw Claude before he touched him, and I think joined him in invisibility.

I also think it would make sense that Peter would only be able to access Sylar's telekinesis, since that's all he's seen him use. His subconscious doesn't know about his other powers, so it wouldn't think to access them. Similarly, if he doesn't know what the Haitian can do, I'm not sure he could do it.

Did Isaac tell Peter about his future-painting when they first met? Because that's when he went back and drew the future in a hospital bed.

That is, he certainly saw Claude before he touched him, and I think joined him in invisibility.

Then again, that may just blow everything to bits. He could just absorb automatically, period.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

Peter shared Hiro Timestop not only before touching him but before seeing him. I'm pretty sure he can get powers via simple proximity, though we don't know the distance.

Did Peter have his dream about flying before or after meeting Isaac? Becuase that might be a way he's expressing that power.
