when i die, please bake my ashes into a brick and use me to hit fascists.

Kalshane said everything I was going to say.

As much as I wouldn't miss Parkman, this would be a lame way for him to go. I was really hoping he'd blow himself up last season.

head!Matt is not nearly as fun as head!Sylar. I love it when snarky Sylar is snarky. At least, since they weren't going to have the balls to actually kill Matt, we're getting the Sylar-snark back...

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I was liking head!Matt for a second there, but his pathos always shines through. I'm way over Sylar.

NBC could have kept the suspense going for a little longer. Reviving Matt in the trailer was silly.

René! L'Haitien!

Peter was in a T shirt. I fear that's the closest we're getting to nekkid, unless they hurry up the Emma love story. C'mon kids. I'm not getting any younger.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I have two eps of Heros on the Tivo, I haven't been motivated to watch them. I came here and saw only 33 posts in two eps. Guess the magic is gone.

Compassionately intolerant

I was able to get tonight's ep off a nefarious site just two hours after air and only went to watch it based on the Parkman comments. Ended up having it on in the background while I cruised other sites.

For me, the magic is definitely gone.

I so don't care about the carnies. And they're in everything. Bring back Ma Petrelli. She could take Samuel.

I've been reading old TWOP Motivators, where they keep pointing out the Winchesters don't hug, but the Petrellis do all that and air kiss too. They're totally more about the bro-yay.

I'd like to see HRG, the Petrellis, some Claire, Micah, Mo, Matt with a spine, Emma, and knife boy. Oh, and Hiro and Ando if they behave.

Our wings are not tired.

I have two eps of Heros on the Tivo

Yeah, I watched the first one and the rest are sitting reading to watch, someday. I'll marathon them at some point to get caught up. The comments here haven't urged me to prioritize.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

But things happened this episode! Random death! Matt suddenly growing a spine!

It's not Matt's fault that the NBC promo undid the cool character moment. I'm not surprised they'd bring him back, because the Sylar/Nathan storyline is obviously Not Done Yet.

Also, and this is important for my continued interest -- Nathan!

"We have trust issues." Mylar

I've missed the last three episodes of Heroes and I don't feel bad about that at all. The bloom is definitely off the rose, for me. I keep thinking that I'll catch up at some point, but who knows? After reading here, it doesn't seem like I'm missing all that much.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

I'd like to see HRG, the Petrellis, some Claire, Micah, Mo, Matt with a spine, Emma, and knife boy. Oh, and Hiro and Ando if they behave.

This, minus Mohinder. And that was a great character moment for Matt. Too bad the writers chickened out in the end.

That's going to be twice now Matt has ended up with a chest full of bullets (due to Sylar, no less) and will survive. Though the how the hell does he get from dying out in front of a Texas diner to a hospital in New York? (Or why do the Petrellis decide to go visit a random hospital in Texas?)

So, Emma: accidently shot by jealous ex-lover or lost in a non-existant timeline?

Also, how many times do we have go through the Claire goes from seeing HRG as loving father to distrusting him to them reconciling storyline? Seriously.

I'm actually sad to see Gretchen go, but I appreciate the realistic "I don't want to be where there are people trying to kill me" reaction.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Lately it seems it's been just me posting real-time, but last night I was out hitting six shops for Christmas items. Forgot the show was even on. Made sure I was home on time for Lie to Me, though.

I'm in it for Peter, cuz I am just that shallow. And I do like Emma.

I wish Matt died seasons ago, and wrod to the rehash of the Claire/Bennet love&understand vs. distrust&rebel. Even if part of it was delaying Samuel, although I think he was giving her too much credit on that count.

I think where the show this season went egregiously wrong was not fleshing out Samuel's motivations earlier on. And by that I mean that I still don't get him. My Robert Knepper/Samuel fascination dwindled ages ago, and that's just wrong. I think I have to go watch him getting handsy with Jason Statham to renew my enthusiasm.
