"We have trust issues." Mylar

They can just have Claire's super magic blood heal him on up right quick. They still haven't put any limits on that as far as I remember, just dropped the whole thing like a hot potato as with so many other story threads. Or as Matt points out, just go somewhere and pluck AlterNathan from some other timeline and bring him here. I'll believe Nathan's well and truly dead and not just mostly dead when I get the scene of him and D.L. hanging out in heaven, sipping on a cold one and looking down at all the foolishness going on in the Heroes-verse saying, "Can you believe this?"

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I find this whole Nathan confessing/trying to do to right thing baffling. It is not in Nathan's nature, and it is not in Sylar's nature, so I don't get where these impulses are coming from.

I did love Swoozie Kurtz having Nathan killed with the passion of a thousand white hot suns.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

It's weird seeing Swoozie without an eye patch.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Oh noes! Sylar has been attacked by Peter's emo bangs!

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

Hivemind question: how would you rate the quality of the signing between Emma and her mother?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The actress playing Emma is deaf, so I'd assume that her signing is pretty good.

Okay, so Grethen's in the clear (for now). She still makes me feel icky.

Hopefully Samuel will now stop going on about replacing Joseph. Even RK can't make that repetition tolerable.

I FFed through most of the Carnival scenes, but I'm glad I finally got an answer to where in the hell it was. I couldn't work out how everyone kept getting there. Asked and answered.

Sweatpants are no one's friends. That was awful.

Peter better get hot and sweaty with Emma. He's edging into Gunn territory with the two shirts. It's criminal.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Brigadoon!Ferris Wheel made me feel a lot better about my whole, "How did a bunch of carnies end up in Japan?" angst.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I kind of liked the episode... not coincidentally, there were a lot of female characters with agency in it.

Plus Zachary Quinto got to have Teh Angst. (He EARNED those emo bangs, damnit.)
