"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I was hoping for more of a big chick fight with Claire and Elle too.

Elle is incapcitiated and Claire has the high pain tolerance. Methinks the chick fight would have been a one-sided beatdown (with Elle very surprised at Claire's level of pain tolerance).

Our wings are not tired.

Is Elle not able to be all sparky while she is recovering from the bullet? If so I missed that somehow. That would be very annoying for her. And Bob, Dude! Not the most compassionate dad. Matt and Mohinder should adopt the poor child. Perhaps she could spark awake some brain cells in Mo.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I think Elle can only make sparks with her right hand, which is in a sling right now so she can't aim with it.

I like the new Maya, but I have a feeling she's gonna die next week.

Can I point out that they'd previously established Claire/Adam's ability to only work in the presence of Claire/Adam's BRAIN? And how this is totally incongruous with the healing blood thing? But hey, any retcon that brings Noah Bennett back to life is okay by me.

Mohinder Mohinder Mohinder. I was so hoping Elle would accidentally kill you. Maybe next week.

"We have trust issues." Mylar

Oh, Mo. Just when I think you can't get any stupider! I hope you go on and heal Sylar right quick so he can kill the gemela aburrida and be done with the both of them. I must admit that I did enjoy finding out that Alejandro did, in fact, speak English.

Oh, Peter. It's official. You really need to be shirtless if you're gonna be that stupid. I hope Hiro lays a massive ass-whipping on you before lopping off your new boyfriend's head. (Although, kudos Takezo. You're enjoyably evil - although you are no Sylar).

Claire you are boring and don't half deserve a dad as awesome as HRG. Get rid of bowl cut boy who continues to be creepy (and really, I know he can fly and all, but where are his people?).

Micah clocking his cousin? Quite jarring. Monica, I still like you but that was incredibly stupid.

Random things I liked about the show: Ando, you are funny! And suddenly kinda hot. How that happened, I do not know. Elle in the car fumbling with the slurpee - funny! I do enjoy that Elle. Hope she doesn't bite it next week. Tobby, you are a magnificent bastard. Such a weasel. I liked Victoria and wish we'd gotten a little bit more of her.

Random things I did not like about the show: Once again, didn't see what the elder hero's power was. Why, show? Why? You even tease us by having Victoria reference the Petrelli Parent's powers but not say what they were. Evil. Also, why kill the pretty, infinitely less annoying twin, Sylar? Once you knew that Maya could exhibit Alejandro's power, wouldn't it stand to reason that he could exhibit hers? And thus, you keep him alive and off her? He's much prettier and about a million times less whiny. Also, also, last week it was "Hello, Dr. Suresh." which was all kinds of hot and creepy and hot. "Hello, Mohinder" was good, but not as good. And you had the tart with you. Poor form, Sylar, bringing the new girlfriend to the your ex-boyfriends apartment. And on that same note, last week, we saw Hiro behind Peter with a sword to his throat and this week he's rushing full bore at a man who he knows he can't kill? Dirty pool, show. (Though I am anticipating the Hiro-Kensei reunion)

As for next week, all I know is that one of the two heroes killed better be a good one, a tried and true someone we love who is going to stay well and truly dead. Not halfway, let's-bring-em-back-with-some-magic-blood dead.

Art Crawl!!!

Elle couldn't go all sparkly because in her one-handed klutziness she spilled her slushie (or whatever it was) all over her hands.

That scene with Sylar being all creepy on the phone to Mo while Molly is (I hope) asleep and Maya is just looking at him all Nancy Reaganesque?

Yucky.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

I figured Sylar's given up on the taking people's brains thing until he figures out how to get his mojo back. And I suddenly have this image of him collecting people with powers he wants and trailing them along until he does - THAT could be entertaining. It must be very frustrating - he's stuck with Maya whining at him and he has to keep her alive until he can kill her and take her power (can he do that if she doesn't have a brain? which seems to be the case).

Art Crawl!!!

I am very, very worried about Matt.

Me too. Where the heck is he?

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I'm going with "memory-loss residue" for this reaching "dumber than a box of Mo" levels.

I think we have definitive proof that Mohinder's jaw-dropping gullibility is actually a superhuman power. And Peter has mimicked it.

Why, show, WHY?!? You introduce and kill Joanna Cassidy in the same episode, yet Maya lives to blubber another day!

Visilurking

Peter is reaching Mohinder-like levels of stupidity with this storyline. How many people are going to warn him against Adam before he realizes what he's planning to do?

Seriously. After Hiro warns him, you'd think he'd reevaluate the plan to help Adam get the super-deadly that, oh yeah, kills like 93 trillion people.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

It's not like Hiro doesn't have any experience saving the world or anything.
