I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

We still don't know why Sylar doesn't have access to his powers, do we? I suppose he could have the virus (just not at the dying stage yet) or Candace was medicating him, and the effects haven't fully worn off yet.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

But Tom, Linderman wouldn't have to be by the side of a person, Adam's blood could be distributed world-wide.

I wonder if Claire's blood could cure Niki.

Multiple personality disorder? Psychological illness? Doubt it.

I like this theory.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

so, can Claire's blood do what Adam's blood can do? I wonder when she will find out about this?

Presumable Peter's blood would now work for this as well.

We still don't know why Sylar doesn't have access to his powers, do we?

Sylar's power seems to be figuring out how things work by direct observation, be it watches or brains. What if the Haitian made him forget how all those brains he observed worked?

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

Presumable Peter's blood would now work for this as well.

Maybe, maybe not. I think it's fair to presume that Peter's powers aren't "on" all the time.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Depends whether Peter takes on the physical attributes, or if he's just able to mimic the talent. Not that I really think the show should address this, because I'm sure the fake science would make people sad.

Trust my rage

Depends whether Peter takes on the physical attributes, or if he's just able to mimic the talent.

I was wondering about this. I see Peter do stuff all the time and then wonder why he didn't do it an easier way since he has that power. For example (and I know he didn't know this at the time) he healed, like Claire and Adam. So, if he has their power, shoudln't his blood alone have been able to heal Nathan.

There were a few other examples, but I forget what they were.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Maybe, maybe not. I think it's fair to presume that Peter's powers aren't "on" all the time.

I'd tend to think regeneration would be the exception to that since it's an automatic unconscious process. But I can see Peter's power being some kind of highly versatile mimicking field he projects rather than a case of him assuming the genetic characteristics of all the people whose powers he's duplicated. If that's the case, at a certain remove his extracted blood would just be plain old blood.

Of course, now I'm wondering if any blood or other living cells removed from Adam or Claire remain alive indefinitely. Outside of their own souped-up metabolisms I can easily see such becoming a contagious carcinogenic agent.

Art Crawl!!!

This week's easter egg - it's like a still from one of AP's videos.
