Anyone here use agave as a sweetener? Any tips?
msbelle does, or at least has in the past, I'm pretty sure.
Now I can narrow down what fried potato product I want, and it's those damn brie and truffle disco fries. I should take comfort in the fact that I had both brie and potato chips in my lunch, but yet I do not.

Yeah, I do. What application?
I use it instead of sugar or honey in beverages, generally. About a third less of it than I'd use of the other. Haven't tried it for anything but that yet, though.
Has anyone here ever had foie gras? Is it tasty? or just desired because of its exclusive reputation?
Very tasty. Have you never had liverwurst? It's fancy, gussied up goose liverwurst.
