happy discovery of the day. my grocery sells pizza dough in bags 2 for $1. I bought some this week and froze them. Made pizza tonight. 1 bag of dough, plus 1/2 a jar of pizza quick sauce = $1.10. That makes a medium pizza. Mac doesn't like cheese or pepperoni, so that is all his pizza is (somtimes chicken, but he had chicken at lunch today). SO AWESOME. Let's home it passes his taste test.

It's grandma pizza! If he ever comes to my house, we can go to the pizza place around the corner and get him a grandma slice. Good times.
Edit: Article on grandma pizza, which they say is "virtually unknown west of Queens." I'm pretty sure my place doesn't use any cheese at all, but there could be some in there, I guess. [link]
