Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

So far as I know I don't have any Holocaust deniers in my circle of friends and family. I don't even know how I would handle that. I hope to never have to deal with that level of ignorance.

Seriously, Laura. Ugh.

I had weird dreams this morning, too, but now I can't remember them, which is probably just as well.

I accidentally ran across A Few Good Men on tv -- I have no idea why, but this is one of the movies I watch over and over again.

Our wings are not tired.

Brandy has many lumps. A large fatty tumor on her side and a number of little lumps. She's not vain so I leave them there. If they bothered her it would be another matter. Her vet checks them and doesn't suggest removing them. My doberman had bleeding issues that are common with that breed. The cat gets scabs on her chin if she eats or drinks from plastic bowls. Had to replace the dog bowls because she was using them. The bunny hasn't presented any issues yet.

I don't think I have seen A Few Good Men. I'll have to give it a try sometime.

One thing about it is how every small character is Someone -- not only is it Tom Cruise, Demi Moore, Keifer Sutherland, and Jack Nicholson, but Noah Wylie is the guy who gives them a ride, frex.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

I've been lucky with my cat in that she's 15 and in great health. Aside from horking hairballs occasionally, she's had no health problems at all. Let's hear it for hybrid vigor.(She's not any particular breed, though she talks enough to be part Siamese)

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Ooh -- I think 'interned' is a winner, so to speak. Sounds bland, has a very sinister bureaucratic meaning.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Nora, you came in her to post a dying puppy story? Do you think that showed discretion? Are you trying to personally destroy all happiness and/or the weekend?

Well, technically, the dog is not dying, he is dead.

When have I ever claimed to show discretion?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

If only Schrodinger had a puppy instead of a cat....

Where is everyone?

ION, I want to go play on my desktop 'puter, but my kitty is sleeping on the computer chair. I always feel guilty kicking him off a chair he's sleeping on. Oh well....

Maybe I can bribe him with catnip....
