Morning all. I seem to now be over the ICK. S is definitely over the worst of it, though still a little crummy.

If you're over it this quickly, it probably wasn't actual influenza, which makes me feel much better for S.

Now I just have to talk with my stage manager and figure out if it's worth it for me to come in. My mom thinks I'm probably not contagious, but I'm still a little worried about that. If our actors caught this, it would absolutely knock them out hard. At least for a day or two.

What sj and Ginger said. If your fever is gone, it's so unlikely that you're contagious. If you exposed them at all, it's much more likely that you exposed them when you were asymptomatic.

Hi all.

I skipped over approximately seven zillion posts, so ~ma and yay! to anyone and everyone, as appropriate.

I'm going to leave for the airport to leave for Israel in a few hours. I've packed everything (well, except the pajamas I'm still wearing, but I realized that they've got a hole in them, so I might just wear sweat pants and t-shirts as pajamas), emailed just about everyone I need to email before I leave, and now I'm mostly just waiting around until it's time to leave for the airport.

I hate waiting.

Dude. The last two days have been a hellish nightmare in terms of family crap. My brother is an idiot and he's married to an insane person. They asked me something totally crazy that led to me having several discussions with each of them in which I had to explain just how serious their "question" was and how totally destructive the two of them have been/are to our entire family. They claim to understand and say the will get counseling (my recommendation) but I've been here with them before several times. I just want to go collect my niece and nephew and tell their crazy parents that they just aren't fit right now for child rearing.
