Well bother them in e-mail until you get the picture, Auntie Valerie.
Mom's gonna forward it to me when she gets home. She said I was on the list. I think that e-mail address is messed up right now. I couldn't get into it all day. Then, when I finally did, there were no new e-mails, which is unusual for that address...not even new spam.
I did buy a black jacket with velvet trim and a suit with a fitted jacket that has lace.
This is true. I am the flouncer of the household.
well, you have the outfits.
I did buy a black jacket with velvet trim and a suit with a fitted jacket that has lace.
Yay! Where idid you get them from?
(Please oh please to be distracting me with pretty clothes, because the workday is draining my will to live.)
Maybe not so much your style, but verra pretty. [link]
ah ... distracting with clothes.
The jacket was from Nordstrom's (on sale, and I had a gift card). Black felt-y fabric, unlined, slightly fitted, black velvet trim down the front.
The suit is Liz Claiborne, plain pants, fitted jacket, lace that folds back over the collar, sticks out from the sleeves like cuffs, and extends below the hem. I have to wear it buttoned, so it looks like there's a lace shirt underneath. THAT I got from Marshall's on sale ... $42! (yay me!)
Also, for Jilli (and other Peeps): The Washington Post is running a contest. Put the sugary minions to work!
Aims, that is a very pretty dress. I really like the train on it.
Toddson, those sound wonderful! And yay sales!
Yes, I meant to say that the dress is lovely. But got caught up in the Peeps excitement.
