Yay for cooking Sean!
My dinner tonight was leftover seitan. I think I like this recipe. Really, the most complicated part of it was grinding the walnuts, and I think I could easily skip those. Other than that, it's just chopping veggies and measuring stuff. A few more processed ingredients than I'd like, though I guess I could use actual broth rather than bouillon if I remember to make and freeze some like I keep meaning to do.
I'm bringing tempeh for lunch tomorrow. For some reason, tempeh really freaks people out. (Not doing anything fancy with it. Cut into slices, fry in a little oil, bring a little container of bbq sauce to dip it in. But certain people in my department get very disturbed when they see me eating this.)
Nora, can you try an oatmeal bath? I'm not sure if it'll work, but I seem to remember someone telling me once that
her sister or something had a girlie issue involving that and it at least soothed enough to get some peace.
Okay, if you don't know what you want? Then I say you wait til Lee and I get there to decide for with!!!! you.
We can plot my next tattoo at the same time.
MINE TOO.
I mean, no! I can't get a third one.
Really, I did.
All those eating moldy rice in a tube shall love you and despair, Sean. Also? Go you, man! Scampi is yum.
Lee, you are shameless in the tat thing. I like that about you.
whay kind of oatmeal are we talking about? Like, just oatmeal tossed in a bath? One problem is that the pipes are turned off (because they freeze) for the bathtub. Not an insurmountable problem, but hard to finesse when the husband is asleep. I'll wake his ass up if I can't get some relief soon though.
I want to say milk and oatmeal. I know Aveeno carries one specifically.
ohla people.
Welcome back to the vw bug
we had chinese new year at the library - and tomorrow I get to run around watching sorytimes...
DH's job has been very hard hitting with the offer improveing dramaticly. But some of the promises are lies by the nature of the job. Matt's Big!Boss was even willing to talk to me about past problems with the company. I think a freak snow storm in the bay area would be a good idea.
Everything seems to indicate the Aveeno is the shiznit. Also baking soda.
Also, it looks like a thin layer of over the counter 1% hydrocortizone cream helps too, but don't use it a bunch.
aha... I don't think I'm going out tonight but I'll pick some up in my travels tomorrow...thanks for the tip!
