Spike's Bitches 34: They're All Slime and Antlers

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Yeah, mental health is tenacious, but she's also a wily motherfucker.

Go you, Steph. I grapple with a lot of those child-of issues, and that's huge, both recognizing and articulating it when you need to.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Welcome back, Cass! I'm glad you had a good trip.

How weird is it to actually miss the hospital? I don't actually miss the hospital, but it's really quiet here right now...a little too quiet. I should be having a silly chat with L about now. And tomorrow I'm gonna miss my coffee with P. And I'll always miss my hugs from D. And I'm missing my required check-ins with A.

Maybe I'll call L.

No. He's at my parents till this weekend. And he's miserable. He hasn't eaten in days and he just mopes around their house. I feel terrible for the little guy.

Aww. I'm sure he'll be very happy to see you this weekend. I was just thinking that is probably one of the reasons that the apartment feels quiet. It will feel more normal when you get him home.

What is even happening?

Chin up, Toto. You'll be so much happier when you see vw feeling herself, again.

vw, welcome home. I was thinking about your during supper, and wondering if you were back. It's good to see your font.
