And the thing is, I like my evil like I like my men: evil. You know, straight up, black hat, tied to the train tracks, soon my electro-ray will destroy metropolis BAD.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Cool hair!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Pretty, new hair, SA!

vw, you can't control what you are dealing with right now. You are doing everything within your power to fix it. You didn't choose it and you are not giving your parents grief on purpose.

Our wings are not tired.

That's what parents do, vw.

What she said. Nothing will stop that. Also, you are a wonderful loving daughter.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

SA, I just have SUCH curl envy! (IOW, great hair, pretty lady!) Also, the file folders behind you seem poised to attack. Be alert.

We had freezing fog this morning. Freezing fog? Next up: Rain of Toads.

We had that freezing fog, too. I figure it's still too cold for the toads -- at least for a while.

What is even happening?

My poor parents are on a cruise and are worried about checking their stupid e-mail and voice mail 100 times to see how I am and worrying about all these little details of things that I'm supposed to be taking care of that I can no longer take care. I feel awful.

Okay, honey, but as everyone said, that's what parents do. And? They're on a cruise, while worrying. They're not in the nursing home, or on death row, while worrying. They'll be okay, and you will, too. It's the waiting that's so hard.

I do understand your guilt, though. My poor mother has been bouncing between worrying about her sister, who had part of her freaking colon removed on 2/8, and all our various and sundry ailments at the House of Sick and Craxy.

SA your hair is fabulous. And that's not a dumb smile. That's a Cheshire Cat smile. You look lovely.

Because books.

OMG, I want SA's curls, too. So pretty!

{{{vw}}} What Cindy said. Your parents are on a cruise. They're not suffering. Worry about you for now.

Indeed. Also? This is not something that just came up yesterday or after they left, so they were aware of stuff before leaving.
