When space is at a premium, the pony goes.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
It's getting time to cull the herd around here, too.
Dibs on Liv!!
BTW - as soon as I find a box big enough, there will be a shipment winging it's way to you.
I doubt you'll need to buy any summer clothes for the girl.
And a couple of things are Other Buffista hand-me-downs!
Hey Empress, are you all heading our way tonight?
Ack! No, we're not. Still lots of stuff to do around here and Em's mood is tetchy, at best. Unless I can convince Joe to let me venture out by myself.
Oh, I think he owes you an escape! After all, you had velocitoddler today all by yourself!

Beverly!!! Happy happy birthday!!
{{Sean & S}} Quick healing ~ma.
For those who are enjoying the continuing saga of Sean is learning how to cook and how to eat right:
Tonight, I am cooking dinner. S is going to walk me through a marinade for one of my Foster Farms boneless chicken breasts, and I will cook it.
In addition, for both of us, I will be steaming some asparagus, and possibly some green beans, possibly to serve over pasta with a little olive oil and citrus juice, or possibly just served as is (with citrus and melted butter).
I will also be crafting a salad of radicchio, endive, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, green onion, and red pepper.
Man, my dinner sucked.
Holy crap! Where's Sean?
Dude, this is like some evil life-switching thing, isn't it? Because I'm contemplating whether I can just get by with tortilla chips for dinner.
Edit: AAAAH! Die, accidental question mark, die!!?
boneless chicken breasts
From the boneless chicken ranch!
Sounds very tasty, Sean. Well done, you.
Happy birthday, Bev! I'm wishing you some joy this year.
From way back, I really liked Second-Hand Lions, and Emmett owns it.
We had our first Little League practice tonight! Damn, I like our team. We're young compared to some of the other teams (lots of AA players moving up - three 3rd graders! Eep! That's young for AAA), but we can play. Really a fast, athletic team with good reflexes. Liked 'em all.
We have more pitching than I thought, and we've got a little more power in our lineup than I thought. Emmett was As Unto A God at practice, crushing the ball to all fields and showing off a dominating arm, and slick glove. (He made a couple of errors including a truly graceless slide into third to keep him every so slightly humble.)
I think he's going to have more fun this year in baseball than he's ever had in his life. We've got a girl on our team this year and she's so fun! She's teeny and fast and athletic (a gymnast) and totally gung-ho.
We're going to win our share of games this year.
