Spike's Bitches 34: They're All Slime and Antlers

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

At least I can breathe a little, and spare some time to spend with the Bitches again.

Hooray!

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

I second that hooray! I *missed* you people!

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Happy Birthday, Beverly- It's so nice to see you again!

Also to Sean- and I'm sorry about the falling and the bleeding and it's all so scary.

I just signed up for a Women's Weight Training class at the Y. Not only will it help me with the weight stuff that I need some guidance with, but it will actually guarantee that I at least get on the premises of the gym once a week. I paid extra for the class, so my cheapskate tendency will enforce this. Sigh, I wish that same tendency would kick in regarding the general monthly fee, but, I'm working on tricking my brain into doing this I guess.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Sean, I hope S is ok. I can understand her not wanting to go to the ER, but you're doing the right thing keeping a close eye on her.

Dropped off some soup to a sick friend tonight, went to CVS to pick up a few things and forgot the one thing I wanted to get. I always do that.

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

S is still fine (other than the cuts). She hasn't fallen asleep (though she's been a little groggy, and did want to sleep). She's shown no ther signs of concussion, so I'm pretty sure she doesn't have one, at this point.

It seems neither of the cuts required stitches, since they both stopped bleeding pretty quickly with pressure.

I'm still a little shaken, but I worry about her constantly anyway, so that's not too different from any other day.

Yeah, but it adds up. {{Sean}}

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Oh, Sean, how scary for both of you. I'm so glad that S is doing okay and the cuts are behaving, but...just, bah. You don't need that, neither of you.

And a big warm combined birthday and welcome back tacklehug to Bev! With extra spit bubbles courtesy of Matilda, who is grinning and kicking madly in her bouncy chair right now.
