You two carried me through that war. Now I need you to carry me just a little bit further. If you can.

Spike's Bitches 34: They're All Slime and Antlers

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Come on, now. Do I have to make out with you two?

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Los Angeles Sucks! Now spank me!

ion I think Albertsons tried to poison me. I suspect my frozen Palak Paneer dinner to be the culprit as I spectactularly threw it up about a half hour after it went down. I seem to be feeling better and I don't think I'm feverish. Luckily the shift supervisors here took very good care of me after my boss told them I was sick. It's almost worth puking to have everyone be so helpful.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Done! I have made the first use of the pen that Wallybee gifted to me, writing out Hinterhof, by James Fenton [link] It was a real bugger getting everything sorted. The first ink I bought, some gold ink, wouldn't flow properly. I wound up instead using crimson ink on gold paper.

Next, some actual calligraphy. Probably Shelley's Love's Philosophy.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Bah, I have a headache.

Also am very annoyed with my sleeping habits. Both last night (when I was tipsy) and the night before (when I was not) I've fallen asleep and then woken up at 2:30 and stay awake till 4:30 or5am. I stay in bed mostly, so there's some drifting, I think, but not for very long or for very deep. Then I sleep OK from about 5 until 7:30ish. Then awake.

Today I need to pound out an essay for school. I'm hoping to get the bulk of it written today and use tomorrow for editing/polishing and watching the Travel Channel's Anthony Bourdain No Reservations marathon.
