Tom uses the Ativan for anxiety moments. I got one off of him a couple weeks ago when I couldn't sleep... because I was so keyed up about not sleeping, the anti-anxiety was most helpful.

vw, do you watch any of the comedies on NBC on Thursday nights? It's pretty cute, angst free night of TV. I think you're a little late to catch The Office, but Scrubs is cute (and I like Earl and er...I'm memfaulting on the fourth one). I don't know if that would help you, or not.
