We can come by between classes. Usually I use that time to copy over my class notes with a system of different colored pens. But it's been pointed out to me that that's, you know...insane.

Spike's Bitches 34: They're All Slime and Antlers

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I need to get back some basic fitness first.

"I've got a gun! I've got a mother-flippin' gun!" - Moss, The IT Crowd

Sweetie, my mind never moves. It's where it is and where it always will be.

Was that meant to sound as dirty as it seems?

JZ, that pic is precious!

You just want to mess with her head again. I saw that post about... was it a soda... something edible...? Well, that blew that then, didn't it?

Note to self; if you're going to bring up Aims' previous mind-fuckery , try to have the details straight first.

Yes. Yes it was.
Good to know my filthometer is calibrated, then.

It was a soda. Vernor's.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Krav's not exactly on my list of things to do anytime soon, though. I need to get back some basic fitness first.

Hey! If you're going to take a martial art -thingie, I get to take fencing.

I have no idea what type I am. I think I fall into the Wacky Cute Girl category. I'd LIKE to think I'm the Mysterious And Alluring type, but am pretty sure I'm not.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

God, Aimée, it's like I don't even have to post.

Yet, unsurprisingly, I will.

Krav isn't like a marathon, something you need to train in order to accomplish. It's self defense, and although you'll probably defend yourself better if you're an athletic nineteen year old, we don't subscribe to the notion that only athletic nineteen year olds deserve to know how to defend themselves.

If you want self defense, try it. If you want a different way to get your exercise, try it. If you want martial arts but balk at formality? I'd recommend trying it too.

Because books.

Matilda! OMG cute. So very patient, too. Almost bored, really. "Oh, look, another admirer taking my photo. How exciting."

my ideal type is, like, a logger or something. And if he wears a tux, he has to know how to fistfight in it

You know, there's a paraphilia-related entry in Wikipedia that talks about just this. Made me feel a little spied on.

How is liking a guy in a tux who can fight a sexual deviance?!

Hee! I remember the things you call me on, is all!

You've called me on the Vernor's thing and you've called me on the needing to get into shape for Krav thing.

I'm a good student! I listen and retain information!

(Sorry if I'm aggravating-putting-words-in-your-mouth student. Please don't kick me.)

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

You are a good student.

Or I'm a good teacher.

I think we can each pick the one we want to believe.

How is liking a guy in a tux who can fight a sexual deviance?!

First off, Wikipedia's a little defensive about terms like deviance.

Paraphilia is also used to imply non-mainstream sexual practices without necessarily implying dysfunction or deviance.

Here's their basic description of the fetish:

Suit and tie fetishism or a suit fetish describes a fetishistic attraction towards men wearing business and/ or formalwear (or photos or video of men in such clothing, or the objects of clothing themselves), and also men who get aroused when they themselves are in such clothing.

And this is what made me laugh:

The effect on particularly masculine men can also be a factor if one looks at the suit as “civilizing” him; to see a man replete with bulging muscles, body hair and stubble being juxtaposed with being attired in elegant, formal clothing can be stimulating to some with this fetish.

Thought, to be honest, what they're describing seems to include the idea of suit as a hobble and a feminising influence. I like the suit also as a failed attempt at civilisation, or a coopted attempt.

Maybe I just like suits and power. Oh, and leg holsters. I really like those.
