[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Yay power! Yay flights!

Our wings are not tired.

Exciting local weather news! The forecast is calling for a low around 36F/2C on Saturday morning. I don't know if I quite believe them yet as they have promised these things before. Hard to imagine when it's 80 now. But your cold blast is headed my way. Imma gonna have to wear a jacket when I walk the dog Saturday morning. Woo!

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I don't think it will take much to get Drew and MM on board in this venture. Juliana will pitch in.

If by "pitch in", you mean "serve the boys booze and giggle at them as they pants their heads," I'm totally in.

What is even happening?

Quick, lisah, hope me up some health and a million dollars, or just the health.

Zenkitty - Feb 14, 2007 8:26:45 am PST #5530 of 10001
Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

tummy ~ma, vw. Yuck!

Runway ~ma, Sparky. Let nothing stop you from a Paris vacation!

Doesn't anyone here have any average-looking kids? Sheesh, the cute.

My company, which rarely closes for anything, delayed opening this morning two hours and finally gave up and just closed. I can still hear the tiny ice drops whacking the windows. We don't have much snow, but it's apparently solid ice out there. I wouldn't have gone in anyway, and I only live ten minutes away. Driving in Snow doesn't freak me out, but Ice? Uh-uh.

My ex sent me a rose (made of feathers!) yesterday, which cheered me up, and I bought myself chocolates, which I'm stuffing into my face even now, and new boots. I've never bought boots this expensive that weren't on sale! They were delivered today by an inexplicably cheerful UPS man, and they fit well and look fab. This unfortunately inspires me to ditch all my cheap crappy shoes and boots and buy expensive ones. Must curb impulse.

eta to fix...

Our wings are not tired.

Punishingly Intricate

You know, I was just thinking that I sure hope Cindy and her family have non-stop good health for years to come. Oh! and also luck into some no-strings-attached 1 million dollars!

What is even happening?

I will share. Both.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

TCG and I are stuck in in the snow today. It is very icy here and little ice pellets are currently falling from the sky. It's actually a nice way to spend Valentine's Day, so I won't complain about the snow, at least not today.

Lily is definitely a cute overlord! I cannot believe she is almost two.

I mean, I had a big grants committee meeting so I looked as nonthreatening as a kitten in open-toed shoes but so did Sidney Bristow when she wasn't looking trashy instead.

I think it is time to remind Cass that she doesn't live in CA anymore and open toed shoes are not a good idea in February.

Travel~ma, Sparky!

{{{Emily}}} I'm sorry you're having such a rough year. I have known a lot of teachers, and they all hated it after there first year. I think Kristin's advice about finding a new school is good, especially a high school, so many people I know who taught middle school said it was the worst. Good luck.

{{{vw}}} Feel better.
