Yes, it's terribly simple. The good guys are always stalwart and true, the bad guys are easily distinguished by their pointy horns or black hats, and, uh, we always defeat them and save the day. No one ever dies, and everybody lives happily ever after.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

also, sj, I don't think the going out weather's going to get much better over the next couple of days...

This is true. I will probably get stuck in Worcester tomorrow in the snow instead of going to therapy. I want to hibernate until May, but that probably isn't a good idea.

The university closed at noon today. I wasn't there, as my ceiling started leaking in the middle of the night. After setting up a bucket under drip number one, I woke up to discover that the light fixture was full of water as well. Thank god I don't dust, so the dirt turned the water dark so that I noticed it and didn't turn on the light. THAT could have been unpleasant. so, I stayed home to deal with roofers.

Hey, all. Sorry to the sickies (I had the Ick last week - my condolences) and HAPPY FUCKING BIRTHDAY to PixiBitch and Maria, Maria.

I can say "fuck" since I am not at school today. Woke up to a 5:55 am phone class -- SNOW DAY! Whoot! I needed it - winter is kicking my ass. I promptly went back to sleep til 1.

We only got about 4", but since it RAINED all day yesterday, the rain under the snow froze into a slick thick sheet o' death.

I have a headache. But, I also have a kitty on my lap, and coffee.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

We're getting dumped on at the moment. I left work early and the roads were already horrendous. So, I'm trying to get work done at home.

I have a headache. But, I also have a kitty on my lap, and coffee.

This is me. Except in my case, the cat is on my shoulders.

I have tape on the light switch so that i don't forget and try to turn it on. there's a temporary patch, but who knows how long that will hold with the freezing rain and snow.

I wish I could train the cat to shoulder-sit. It would be warm and massage-y, since she purrs like a bulldozer.
