Raq, I was glad to see that you'd checked in safe. Thanks for remembering to post to us.
Cindy, may you soon reach coffeelibrium.
Vortex, that sucks. I hate it when I watch the slo-mo disaster happen and can do nothing to prevent it.
'The Killer In Me'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

{{{Cindy}}} I drink tea when I get anxious, and if I have too much, I can definitely feel it make my anxiety worse.
Cindy, I've pretty much given up full-caffinated coffee for the reasons you've been mentioning. It just wasn't worth the shakiness and anxiety. I drink half-caf at most and anything after noontime is decaf. Even then I limit my intake because some of the other things found in coffee just make my stomach yucky. I've started substituting various teas for coffee as a lot of the time all I want is something warm to drink. I've got a chai made with rooibos that is very nummy.
I'm going to take some benadryl and go back to bed. Hopefully, I can get up before 3, because TCG is getting out early today and I'll feel so guilty if I am still in bed when he gets home.
I drink half-cafTJ's half caf is good. If you are looking for sources. Of course this is not surprising as their decaf is also good but their half caf is all premixed... I have both in my freezer.
Yay! for J&E!
Yay! and congratulations to Brenda!
Thank goodness, and thank you for checking in, Raq. I never had a problem distinguishing which RPG, which I'm not really happy about. I'd be glad if war was role-play rather than rockets and grenades.
Coffee-ma, Cindy. I've found a chai latte that I lovelovelove, and they'll make it up for me with erzatz tea. I could probably steep straight cardamom and cinnamon with skim milk or vanilla silk and get the same result. But then cardamom probably makes your frammis gland turn inside out--you can't win.
Oh, Vortex. I bet the bathroom smells nice, though, huh?
yeah. and my bandaid smells GREAT
Vortex, which perfume had an untimely demise?
Jo Malone's Lime, Basil and Mandarin I wouldn't normally spend this kind of money on a fragrance, but I fell in love with it, and stayed in love with it. Usually, I get tired of a scent after half a bottle or so. This one, I still love.
