Noise controller sounds like a card you'd put in the computer. Or possibly a small box with a bunch of knobs and dials. Noise wrangler is cool.

Thanks Laga, and beth. I'll just take the Zithromax when I'm going to bed. It's a once a day drug, so the timing (other than having my therapeutic wine, today) isn't that important. That is, I don't have to fit 3 or 4 doses into 24 hours.
