See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Aimée, this might help.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Thanks, JZ. I've searched that one. I'm thinking they are from the late-30's early 40's. One might be from the late 40's - it has a zipper as well as lacings.

Hmmm. On the off-chance that something with a zipper may be closer to a girdle than a corset, you might want to look at this site instead.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I am stopping at TJ's on my way home from skating tomight to pick up something for dinner. Do you guys have any recommendations for pasta of theirs that is good? I tried the squash/hazelnut ravioli and found it rather bland.

Oooh, JZ. Good call. It IS a girdle. Looking like a 1940's open girdle.

Sweet. Thank you!

The one JZ got the other night was very good. I think it was just spinach and cheese, but muy tasty.

Get their taquitos! So yum.

We just had the ricotta and spinach ravioli (with homemade brown butter and sage sauce) -- very simple but tasty. If that also sounds too bland, they have some portobello-stuffed pastas that are more savory.

Punishingly Intricate

There's a gorgonzola/artichoke one I love.

Mmm, portobello. Ooh, and gorgonzola. No way anything with gorgonzola can be bland.
