And almost sixty-five percent of that was actual compliment. Is that a personal best?

Spike's Bitches 34: They're All Slime and Antlers

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Can you tell I really don't feel like working this afternoon?

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Damn, that's a hot pic.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

In completely un-newsy news: GlamCookie is a smokin' hottie.

Hi, all! What's shakin'?

What is even happening?

What a sad story. I can't imagine a two year old who doesn't appear both bi-polar and ADHD -- when awake, anyhow.

Did you raise her on soaps? Hee.

No, but I ingested so many, maybe my genes have bubbles.

Gloomcookie, you really gotta change that name to Glamcookie.

P-C, I am lazy and tired of recalitrant fevers. Do I have to have PayPal to sponsor you, or can I send a check somewhere? I canceled PayPal after we had an issue of fraud with our bank account.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

GC, I love your neice stories and pictures. They always make me smile.

I ended up sleeping for over two hours after my whiny post earlier, and I probably would have slept longer if TCG hadn't come home from work. Sorry for the whining. I really need to work on that. I ended up making a quick pasta with smoked salmon, spinach, garlic, and goat cheese. It was yummy, and I'm feeling better now. The day after a class ends are always difficult for me.

Cindy, how is everyone at your house feeling today?

Can we be sorry about whining another day. You poor thing. Your dinner sounds so yummy. I didn't feel good at suppertime, so Scott just made the kids cold cut sandwiches.

Julia, thankfully, remains healthy. Chris is a little bronchial, but pretty okay. Scott feels good, but still has a cough. I have a cough and a low grade fever.

Ben's fever is being the real stubborn pain in the ass. I gave him Tylenol at 6:00pm, because his temperature was up to 102. I took it again at 7:00pm, and it was up to 103. It's since come back down to 102, but I've made the poor kid drink so much (since the Tylenol isn't working and it's not quite Motrin time, yet) he's practically floating.

Thrive to spite them

I hope that there's a through investigation into the child's death, including an investigation of the doctor who prescribed all the meds and diagnosed that child as bipolar and adhd.

Poor Ben! That's too hot for too long. He's going to start hallucinating about Johnny Cash and coyotes and shit.
