'Dirty Girls'

Spike's Bitches 34: They're All Slime and Antlers

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

What are you researching, sj? Need some help? I'm not doing any of my own homework tonight, but that doesn't mean I can't help you with yours!

Really? Only if it is not too much trouble for you. I am trying to find an article that lists the traits of an effective mental health counselor or psychologist. Preferably something from a scholarly source or a reputable website. I have found everything else I need to write this paper.

Reading on the balcony in the balmy tropical breezes...mmm...

I was spoiled with the balcony on my first cruise, and I will never be able to cruise without one. I spent every evening out there after dinner on. So lovely.

Ok...had to dig out the pictures of that day on St. Thomas. [link] (Please don't look at my hideous glasses!)

The status is NOT quo.

Me too. Although, to be fair, I don't really have a choice--I get claustrophobic and seasick without fresh air and a big ol' window in my cabin.

Oh, and the guy next to me in the picture is best friends with my first kiss boy...just for those of you who are trying to keep track of vw's many men. HAH!

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

My Super Extra-Long Period (now, with added Ultra-Cramps!) only ended a few days ago, and I am already getting PMS-y and bloated. Damn this whole bad reproductive system thing. I am so ready to go into the Gyno's office on Friday and say "Let's yank this uterus, dude. And do it fast, my car is idling out front."

ETA: Check my nice round number! Yahoo!

Oh Robin, I'm so sorry. What a miserable experience.

Oh, Kristin, you'll love this!

In writing an in-class essay today, answering a question on some Hawthorne tales, I called Hawthorne wrongheaded, kind of. But, the word wrongheaded was used. Twice. It was quite fun.

Wrongheaded strikes me as just the right word for Hawthorne.
