Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.
I am always cold so tend to wander around fully clothed, although if changing or getting out of an evening bath, I have been known to dance naked around the living room in a balletic or vogue-ish way for the amusement of the DH.
