Mmmm. Cabaret Verdalet's next event has a Film Noir theme. This after doing Paris in the 20s, Berlin in the 30s and NYC in the 40s.
In other stylishly gothy events, The Edwardian Ball is coming up soon (1/27). This year's featured Gorey is Fletcher and Zenobia. The Saturday show is already sold out, so they've added a Sunday show. It's definitely become one of the events of the year.

I think my black frilly skirts and my black velvety jackets are breeding. Not that I mind, but I don't remember having quite THAT many of them. **
*Unless I'm talking about needing a Gother Than Thou showstopper outfit. I've shrunk out of all of mine (yay!), and haven't found good replacements yet.
