I don't think I'm going for a run today - my cramps were so bad yesterday that I went home after bartending and took a Percoset. Whoooooo. I thought maybe I'd be immune to it after taking it forever, but not. The pain relief was like a frickin' freight train. So nice. The hangover today is not nice, but I don't regret it.

I am at work after a great time skating. I have an hour to drink 32 ounces of water (the easy part) and then not pee (the not-so-easy-part) before I run off to get my pelvic ultrasound. I have prescribed myself animal crackers to help with the water drinking and the combo is working a right treat.
