Xander: I still don't get why we came here to get info about a killer snot monster. Giles: Because it's a killer snot monster from outer space. I did not say that.

'Never Leave Me'

Spike's Bitches 34: They're All Slime and Antlers

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

. So...what underwear is everyone wearing, and what music are youlistening to right now?

Black lace boyshorts & matching bra. Music is (yet again) "Teenagers" by My Chemical Romance.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Cotton VS bikinis and some random Luther Vandross song on my co-workers computer.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Black boxer briefs (X-Twist). At lunch I was listening to Robyn Hitchcock's I Often Dream Of Trains and thinking Jill Tracy should cover it live in concert. (Jilli, I've seen her in my neighborhood a couple times and had the nodding eye contact with her.)

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Hanes boy-style girlie briefs and a black sportsy nursing bra; no music.

Off now to take a long hot shower with Matilda in the room for maximal steam benefit to her sinuses, then possibly a nap (for her, mostly; if I don't drop right off, I'll haul myself up and perform a long-overdue old footwear and raggedy tights purge). One week left until Back to Work, gah-dammit.

Eeeeee! She's playing C13 in Portland in May. I'm still waffling about going because I a) have heard things about the organizing committee that make me suspect that the event is going to fail like a huge failing thing, and b) am waiting for the dates to be announced for the second leg of My Chemical Romance's headlining tour.

(Not to mention that the theme of C13 is Dark Victorian, and I am feeling like a cranky, snarky bitch reading all the gothkids LJ posts of "Oh! Wouldn't it be over the top and fun if I tried to dress up Dark Victorian all weekend?" I have been suffering distinct thoughts of Poseur and Damn kids, get off of my lawn. Like I said, cranky.)

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Remember, JZ: raggedy black tightlegs can be chopped off and paired with other legs to make charming '20's style stocking with the aid of a garter belt.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Cash, you are totally a history slut.

I used to be all about fiction. Mostly Scifi and I read A LOT. Now it's all historical stuff, biographies, etc. Some political. It's very weird. I go through Tudor and Medieval biographies like a hot knife through butter. I'm also very interested in Roman and Celtic history.

Y'all have reminded me I need to shop for new skivvies. Still need bras, too. When the tax refund comes in, I'm going to Nordies for a Wacoal fitting, I SWEAR.

Not javachik

I am lucky I go for the makeup and not the flambe recipes, I suppose.

Back when I was taking them regularly, I popped one, then jumped in the hot tub for a quick soak before sleeping. Mind you, I'm a scuba diver and love to swim, so when I kept having really interesting lovely dreams reveries about being underwater and tumbling in surf and popping back up to the surface of a fabulous ocean for air, I was enjoying it immensely. It was much, much later that I realized that I must've been slipping under the water the whole time. OY.

I do enjoy seeing her in concert, though I'm sad I wasn't aware of her when she first moved to SF and was hosting Mysteria at the Cafe Du Nord.

Awww, c'mon! Now you're just being perverse. You're always complaining how the Seattle goth scene is so rivet-head industrial, and when they finally throw a little Victoriana out there you're going to boycott? They need you there to set an example. You will calibrate the style for the entire event.
