Act like you found something and see if he confesses. Parenting by Pembleton, huh?
Spike's Bitches 34: They're All Slime and Antlers
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
I think I just saw a foot come through my ceiling.
Bwah! You're kidding, I hope.
All of a sudden today the house reaked of that smell and our noses traced it up to my son's room. His toy room was positively odoriforous. He swears he did nothing. I went through both his room and his toy room and didn't find anything. K-Bug isn't home and all the adults were downstairs. I'm so confused. He maintains his innocence, but I can't come up with an other cause for that smell.
MMm, as someone who used to be a lil boy. By chance does he have any cap guns? If I recall, the lil rolls of "caps" were heavy in sulfur smell.
It's Ionesco's Rhinoceros. The first time I heard of MySpace I was like, "oh another social networking site." I checked it out, decided it was obnoxious and tried to ignore it. One by one I am watching my friends turn into rhinoceroses. Sometimes I wonder if maybe being a rhino wouldn't really be so terrible.
Oh lord, I would never have made that connection, but you're so right.
I'm glad the baptism went swimmingly.
It really was a very sweet, felt ceremony. Intimate and loving. Father Steffan said it was his favorite of all the ones he'd done. It was a bit like the wedding - had that same sensation of being lifted up like an air hockey puck on everybody's obvious affection. The chapel was the backup plan but it made it so much more intimate than it would've been in the main church.
Spent all day at the try-outs today. Emmett did fine. It was fun hanging out with my Little League peeps. Emmett's real popular with his coaches, so he runs around tackling them all day, which they indulge. If I died tomorrow (knocks wood) Emmett would not lack for male role models.
I'm tired and my back is sore from standing out on a field from 10 to 2:30, though.
Poor JZ and Matilda. The boo went off in church and screamed hard for an hour, with obvious gas and discomfort. JZ is now wracked with guilt that her spicy dinner last night poisoned the milk and tortured her child.
Matilda is asleep now, and my sister and JZ are out walking in GG Park. My Dad and his crew took off after Emmett's tryouts. My Dad was verklempt and overcome. Probably his last trip out here.
The photos of the baptism were lovely. Hec, if this is your dad's last trip out there, then Yay! for having be a visit full of wonderful memories.
It's so lovely to hear that it turned out to be the meaningful ceremony that y'all were working towards.
Both my children are sitting on our family room, snuggling stuffed animals. K-Bug has the smaller of her three teddy bears while CJ has a bunny rabbit. I feel as though I need to go find something to snuggle.
Heh, the TV is playing the earworm Cass gave me earlier.

Sorry, -t.
Does it help if your tag is earwormy to me? It's in a good way, so maybe not...
