I just put away the Christmas decorations. The "winter" decorations are still up. Of course, the bins are still all over the living room and dining room, but you can't have everything.

Cholesterol. Mine is a discouraging 340 . Boo. I found a number of references to cinnamon and cloves as being beneficial. Yum, oatmeal. The thing that sucks about my bad cholesterol number is that I didn’t eat meat or poultry for 20 years then the last year or so I added it to my diet because I was told by a health professional that it would help my metabolism. A couple months ago I rejected that advice and stopped eating these things December 1st because I never warmed up to it. Looks like my instinct was more valid than the advice.

Cashmere, if I didn't know better, I would have thought the first thumbnail was Chris. May God have mercy on you. I still can't get over how big Liv is. Em is as adorable as ever. I love the "Silly boy" shot of her and Owen. Aimee and Joe look great, too.
