After four years of therapy, we (my therapist and I) are moving to a new level. We will no longer be focusing on the skills for day-to-day living and crisis-survival. We are going to begin focusing on quality of life and fulfilling life goals.
Also, we will be discussing reducing the frequency of my therapy sessions after I'm settled into next semester.
Can I hear a W00T?! 'Cause I'm feeling all W00Ty here.

That's awesome, vw! That is really amazing. Congratulations.

Thanks, guys. I feel so good tonight. I mean, I've felt pretty good for a while, so I figured this was on its way, but to have her say it...I just wanted to jump up and hug her. Of course, I was reserved and said, "Thank you so much for that feedback," but I was jumping up and down on the inside.
Hey! I chipped that tooth before I was ripped to shreds.
