As I said above, I'm not excusing her, I'm just drawing distinctions between different types of unpleasant posters.
(Edited to avoid confusions between "here" and "her).
A thread to discuss naming threads, board policy, new thread suggestions, and anything else that has to do with board administration and maintenance. Guaranteed to include lively debate and polls. Natter discouraged, but not deleted.

Like Fay And Trudy, I'm more inclined to feel for her...identifying with the underdog or something. She's young, if she's twenty, I'll eat my socks(Of course, there's Ms. Liz, but imo, she's a genius.) Other Boards are like that, more often than not(of course I do come here more to escape it)I would feel sort of terrible pulling away from someone, if, say, we were her only non-family contact in a week...and, dude, I'm making both points at once...I hate that. I think I know why I don't post here often.
She has mentioned in the past that she is 25 or something.
In her User Profile, she says that she's 26. We should probably take her at her word.
OK. That's my mistake...do I really have to eat my socks? She posts young, then.
I'm going to take Cindy's advice and stay away from anything about her personally. I'm concerned only with the posts and those are what bothered me.
There are ways for a buffista to act no matter their age.
That's true.
erika--EAT YOUR SOCKS NOW!!!!
Not really, of course. :)
While certainly people can comment on a person's posting style or content, and how they react to that, but it's really not a good idea to comment on a person's intent (positively or negatively) - because there really is no way for us to know that.
