I don't know if we decided it. I think either Jesse or Sophia mentioned it way back. I think it sounds like a decent idea, though.

However, smart proposers will propose a yes/no question with their preferred answer being yes. Because we've passed everything so far.

In all seriousness, things have passed because we made a list of things a lot of us wanted and then voted on them, not just because we're lemmings.
In that case, I propose that we should all be recognized as the paragons of intelligence and beauty that we truly are, and should forthwith be showered with money, love, and parking spaces.
