I'm not helping, am I?
A thread to discuss naming threads, board policy, new thread suggestions, and anything else that has to do with board administration and maintenance. Guaranteed to include lively debate and polls. Natter discouraged, but not deleted.

I can easily say that if I'm the admin on charge when a new thread (especially Natter) is to be created, I take the word of the first remotely plausible Joe that wanders in. I'm just not tracking thread naming with enough cycles to do anything else.
Yup. That's it exactly. They can be edited, too.
I wasn't dissing the stompies (as I assume they make the title whatever they are told to make it), I was just registering my mild annoyance.
My apologies if I was misread.
Hell, I'll admit to sometimes being tempted to name threads
Natter ##: When You Come Up With a Name, Gimme a Shout.
or
Natter ##: TBD, eventually, at some point, maybe. (monkey)
I think one of those should be the next Natter title.
Can I just note that the Bureaucracy title should be a SHORT one so it fits in the right-hand column easily? Thanks.
Oh, and something past Natter 100 will have to be "Will You People Never Shut Up?" But not till then.
I'm with Burrell (if you couldn't tell). But it's just a thread title.
I'm partial to (and bias towards):
Bureaucracy 2: Striking While The Irony Is Hot
Are we running out of Stompies? Do we need to recruit?
I think the main issue is having all the time zones covered. Perhaps if we could find someone to fill John H's shoes, but I think there are several East and West Coast stompies to cover victor and jengod.
BTW, let me thank those three for their lovely stomping, for stomping in all sorts of capacities, and for doing it with such well manicured feet.
