If mathy people and anthropomorphizing of numbers people can agree on this, what other great feat can we accomplish?
Why, with my brains and your super-anthropomorphizing ability, we could rule the world! Bwaaahahahaha!
Gar -- you make my head hurt sometimes, but you have a good point. Still, I'm holding off on seconding anything at this time.
I am so fucking confused. What are people proposing and seconding now? Wolfram didn't propose anything, did he?
I thought they were seconding Faith naked.
I'll second naked Faith.
I am still confused, but thanks.
Burrell, Wolfram said:
Speaking of which, I move that we discuss how multi-vote items that fail to get over 50% of the vote should get decided
The seconding followed that, and then I said, could we just slow down a little and some people agreed with that.
I'm sorry. I didn't mean to muddy things. I really thought I saw naked Faith put forward as a proposal.
Actually I wanted to say something that tied into what Wolfram had brought up earlier.
I'm a little apprehensive about this first vote, not that I think it will go badly, but I'm afraid that once we vote and see the system work that there will be this push to vote on other things.
We already have certain things queued up and Wolfram is proposing something else. This isn't a personal attack at you Wolfram.
Yes, there are going to be issues that we have to deal with, but we haven't had our first vote yet, our new system has only been in place for what---less than a week---and already we have a back log of issues to vote on. I think we need to slow down and see how things play out before we start making more issues to be voted on.
I am so sick of seeing things put up for a vote that it isn't even funny. I no longer enjoy visiting Buffistas much. But that's my ish. Clearly Wolfram and others are liking the whole voting thing a lot more than I am.
