Nice! I'd also note that voting starts tonight at midnight board time, and runs through the end of Friday. (Right?)

Also, I think the question on # 4 is that there is a confusion between "a week" and the spilt between discussion/voting.
How about:
vote on this item signifies the voter agrees that 7 days time is sufficient to BOTH discuss AND decide on the issue. The week would be broken down thusly: Discussion: Days 1, 2, 3, and 4. Voting: Days 5, 6, 7. NOTE - added on edit *** When there is a conflict for major holidays (to be defined) we will make accomodations (to be defined) as needed. ***

Yup. I guess at this point, I will wait until 11:58 or so to do all of this.
And one more question--
are we definately extending the voting period. i think maybe we hould extend.
I will just note that this is a very odd definition of a seven days. We did not start formal discussion until Monday. Voting will close Friday (or is it Saturday). I have trouble getting seven days out of this. I'm with Allyson - we are rushing a bit.

OK, how about this? Continue discussion through the end of tomorrow, then have voting open through Sunday. (All times are Board times.)
We've announced the start of voting, so I don't think we should change that. I think we should extend voting until Sunday Night (midnight monday?)

Well, the only reason I wanted to change the text was that some people said it was confusing. I was hping someone would revise it before, but I couldn't find anything, just Cindy wanting to take it out, and ita wanting it revised.
