Lorne: You know what they say about people who need people. Connor: They're the luckiest people in the world. Lorne: You been sneaking peeks at my Streisand collection again, Kiddo? Connor: Just kinda popped out.

You wouldn't be the first person to rant, Schmoker, far from it. The use of culturally loaded words like Nazi, though, makes people twitch. Just, cool down if you can.

No, I don't think I will - me, quoting Captain Steve Rogers, to all of 2020

Hm.

Jonathan Will Always Be My Hero

I'm cool. I'm going back over the Buffy and Angel threads. Enough ranting. You guys can figure it all out without me now.

Up with the sun

Back off. You have no idea of what you speak on this.

I know what I saw in the thread, and from what was posted, K. was overreacting. If there's some big Bronze Beta thing I'm supposed to know about, I'm sorry, but I didn't.

Okay.

First of all, I don't blame anyone for snapping and using language that, in other circunstances, might be considered inflammatory. We all have bad days, etc., etc.

This said... May I suggest that *everybody*, on either side of the fence (and even Stompies) refrain from posting in this thread for at least a couple of hours? Don't post, for any reason. Just go to natter, or bitch in Bitches, or write fanfic, but don't post here. Give some time to chill, take a deep breath, cool off.

In a few hours, or perhaps tomorrow, we'll be able to think about this with cooler heads and deal with it, if there's any need, in a more rational manner. The way things are now, there's an obvious need to "de-escalate" the situation.

Just a suggestion. Not that I have any, you know, authority here or something.

You sip / say it's your crazy / straw say it's you're crazy / as you bicycle your soul / with beauty in your basket

(Paul, I wholeheartedly subscribe to that idea.)

(And I wish I hadn't been in class for the past few hours.)

So, about thread proliferation. Do we have a procedure for old, dead threads? Or do we not have any?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I don't know if there's a reason they can't go on the Archives page.
