Good points, and thanks for them. I tend to be kind of snarky in general, and I know that. And I try hard to just shrug my shoulders if someone gets goofy, and then move on. I have been reading here for quite a while before delurking, so I know the drill. And I have seen people get in flame wars, and it is always to no purpose.
I need to learn to ignore posts sometimes, too. I can be too touchy when I feel a post of mine has been mischaracterized, so I need to sometimes just forget it and not respond at all. I'm a big mouth. So that's hard. I'll learn, tho.
But I still gotta say, the Six People comment was, I believe, totally fair and accurate as a hyperbolic joke on the relative smallness of Buffy's audience. Of any post I have ever made, it may have been the last one I would have believed could have been taken as an insult. So it kind of got my back up.
