might stand a chance of following and participating in a movie-centric conversation in a Movie thread, whereas the chances of me spotting such a convesation in Natter, let alone participating, are tiny.
Fay is me. I'm not subscribed to Natter simply because I know I can't keep up, but I would love to discuss movies and music with you guys. And allowing a TTT thread but not a general films one is kinda insane troll logic.
That whole Cameron thing is a good example of why I probably should have been banned. I was just trying to needle you for ripping him, and that type of little gibe is apparently totally unacceptable (although it's apprently OK to rip Cameron to shreds, which seems a paradox to me).
Since I thought it was just a little jab at you for fun, I wasn't likely to change. And since you thought it was a horrible and insensitive remark, probably was a good idea to get rid of me.

I'm for new Movies and Music threads - I still think that if a thread was created without a real necessity to it, it'll just not get much volume, and the 'reality' will sort of sort itself. It wasn't proved yet (because every new thread got its share of posters), though, but I still think so.
[Edit: yes, I'm not supposed to be here already. Yes, I had to come back to re-finish things for the conference. Yes, I spice my computer time with the Buffistas in order to whine less. Oh, and look, it didn't help much...]

Nah, I'm gone. Just wanted to throw a few posts up here in Admin since I never got the chance to before. Not going to be back once this gets deactivated. Just wanted to defend myself a tad before going. Didn't think you'd mind that much.

'Ki just say? As I read Allyson's post, it was a riff on a joke on the people who kept posting, expecting Joss would read their letters. It was, in no way, utterly and completely serious; and when contextualised as it should be doesn't pass my personal definition of "personal attack".
