A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

In other words, "I'm going to be rude, and I'm going to enjoy it."

But he was just joking! t /eyeroll

I'd vote for suspension at this point.

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

I'm at work, and suddenly busy. Basically, I agree in principle, although I'm more tolerant than some.

I'm exceedingly tolerant, but Jesse makes an excellent point. When it gets to the point that multiple folks are saying they don't want to visit a thread because of a single poster, I think we need to do something about it. He's already been warned.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

He's deliberately flirting with the edges of acceptable behavior, and it's clear that he has no interest in participating in the community. I'd back a suspension.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I'm with Jesse-- although I think it is up to the majority of moderators. I am pretty damn tolerant, but the "piss you off later" is the kicker. He has been warned. He has been complained about again. We should follow our procedure. He seems to have a desire to piss people off on purpose, which is at odds with the way our forum works.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

He mocked us for the Stompy Foot post. The "piss you off later" is an indication of how much he cares that he annoys the dren out of people.

Kat, I'm sorry about making you uncomfortable with the venting in Natter, although it's true that it is a historic Buffista tradition. I would never consider venting in Natter about someone I consider a Buffista; but it's clear m. doesn't consider himself a member of the community.

I'll try to restrain myself in future.

But yes, people aren't going to the FF thread because of this one poster. That's not a good sign.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Wow, stay away for a few days and you miss a lot. Anyhoo, I noticed the FAQ says:

Buffy is currently shown twice a day on FX at both 8 AM (7 AM Central) and 7 PM (6 PM Central). The weekend syndication runs at various times of the day, as determined by the individual television station.

...which I believe is incorrect. Doesn't it show at 6 and 7 PM (ET)? And the same two eps the following morning (though I'm not so sure of the time on that, heh.)

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

I'd say the guy has earned his suspension. He has never apologized. He has been warned once. And his last set of post are definitely personal attacks. I know that calling a person's position obtuse is not always the same as calling that person obtuse. But in context, with the tone of everything else this is clearly what is meant. That is a personal attack, and thus not borderline, but a clear violation. All this is my opinion, only - but I would urge the stompy foots to suspend M at this point.

There is no question he violates the spirit of the Buffista rules. And I have argued above, he violates the letter as well.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Okay, well. You all know what my vote is.

I'm gonna go relax and swing.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Boy, did I pick a good time to be gone. (Well, yes, holidays, but nice coincidence.) Hugs, support, and power to the Stompy Feet.
