Compassionately intolerant

Special ~ma request for my friends, J&M. They are closing their children's consignment shop, which is a huge blow to the community and to them financially.

There is a chance that two moms from the neighborhood will buy the shop and essentially get the gentlemen to the right side of zero.

Please send ~ma for a quick and easy sale!

The moms would keep the shop exactly the same, which would be a boon to the many, many families who consign there (1500!)

Thanks so much, on their behalf.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Hi all.

If anyone out there has a verifiable source for a discount on both or either of Lantus or Humalog insulin, please let me know.

I have used up my last Lantus vials a few days ago and only have my Humalog, short term, and that's going fast. (Lilly Corp got me my last vial free, but that's only 1/year.)

I tried some coupons from the internet that said "up to 93% off," but all they would take off was 5%.

Theoretically, I have insurance starting Jan 1, but Who knows.

Trust my rage

Does anyone have a Wii they aren't using anymore that they would like to sell me? Ours died but I don't really want to buy a new one.

Eta: never mind....I now have a Wii on the way.

All is well that ends in pizza.

My nephew Alexander Jensen has died.

Killed by a hit and run, possibly drunk driver.

Ten years after his father (my brother Don) died.

I can't even...

All is well that ends in pizza.

I have my $1,200 in insulin and 4 other meds.

$18 in copays.

Of course, that will go up when I have a job, but Phew!

Thanks ACA!

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I'm starting 2014 as a gainfully employed person at a kind of astoundingly awesome web shop, and I'm only slightly convinced that all my new awesome coworkers will figure out that I totes don't know what I'm doing. I thank you all for support and vibes and occasional gigs during my freelancing years; I especially thank those of you who got to hear me blather and angst in various channels while I was figuring out what I wanted to do when I grew up!

All is well that ends in pizza.

Can I get some healing ~ma for my aunt Katherine (Steve's Mom, and my Mom's sister)?

She's in Abbott Northwestern hospital in Minneapolis. her mechanical heart valve put in 30 years ago is acting up.

From Cousin Steve:

"Mom is in Abbot and not doing too well. She has sinus, lung, and blood problems and is very very weak. She will be going to the nursing home here for a while when she gets out."

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

ND and I are dealing with some really stressful situations right now—one financial and one familial—and would appreciate any positive vibes you could send our way.

Update:

Aunt Katherine has Pulmonary Fibrosis and is on Prednisone.

Thanks for all the ~ma, any bit helps.
